Nike Air Max 90 SI - Olympic Gold Medal Edition

Nike made the special Air Max 90 SI that highlights the white and metallic gold colorway. The shoe has a low top design with a cushioned heel tab to give comfort to the wearer’s ankles. The upper body is made from white leather which is accented with the metallic gold colorway on the portion near the shoe laces.

If you look at the tongue of the shoe, you will see the tag that says ” The Ground Breaking Moment” which highlights the game between Team China and Los Angeles. The gold Nike logo is located on the side panel and ends just below the heel collar. The back panel also has the usual Nike brand written.

What is unique with the Nike Air Max 90 SI - Olympic Gold Medal Edition – Metallic Gold shoe is that there are two Air-Sole units wherein the one which is located in the heel portion of the upper body is just a faux air-sole unit. The real Air-Sole unit is located on the heel portion of the midsole instead on the middle part. The rubber midsole is tied together with the black gum outsole to complete the look.
