You might remember seeing Jason Kidd wearing a pair of Zoom Flight 96’s back in 1996, well guess what - they are coming back! What you are seeing is the retro version of these awesome looking shoes. The Nike Zoom Flight 96 Retro – Jason Kidd PE shoe sports a wonderful black and red color scheme. You will be seeing this pair of Zoom’s is pretty much black and only uses the red as an accent color. Despite this fact, this shoe is anything but ordinary. The black is in a pattern of sorts; Nike has used alternating black materials in a wiggle design that wraps around the entire shoe. And if that wasn’t enough, the alternating materials have been layered on giving off a really great looking effect. The Nike swoosh symbol has been embroidered onto the side of the shoe in black as well. Although, this one is a bit different than most other swooshes, this one is quite a bit smaller than most and kind of blends in with the layering effect Nike used. Red can be seen as the accent on the tongue, heel and has also been used for the laces. The sole of the Nike Zoom Flight 96 Retro – Jason Kidd PE shoe has a speckled look to it and compliments the whole shoe nicely. While the release details are sketchy at best, we do know that the Retro Zoom Flight 96 has hit the shelves of some stores already, so be sure to keep your eyes open and check them out for yourself.
